I think I have ordered my Poser 6 Upgrade on 18th February - I have received the Order Notification with the information that I will receive an email within 2 to 3 days containing the payment instructions for GIRO (live in Germany, therefore I figure I am able to transfer the money through GIRO). BUT - I have not received this mail YET. I have written to the customer support and I dont have an answer yet. I know, that I didnt get anything because my spam is not deleted, but transferred to a spam category - therefore - null - nada. Ive never experienced it, that I am running after a company to give them my money .. sigh ;-) this time, its the first time ever, that I wrote them, that they have to give me their account information where I can transfer my money too (no answer either yet).
