Could you attach the image file in a post? I can't view the image using the link you provided - need to login at the site and I don't have an account there. About the missing dials, I assume you do have the object properties window in view. If not, then it's simply menu Ubjects -> Object properties. Sometimes the object properties dialog gets mixed up a little. If that is the case, you have a scrollbar on the right side of the object properties box. Just scroll up, and your dials will reappear.
