Um... ...sorry for being late, haven't slept and working my Heine off on an animation.

I found a work around for installing the TWAIN. I could not get the driver to install using the "Have Disk" option under install new hardware in the control panel.

So, I copied the driver to my hard drive and ran it from there. It installed properly and is working great!
