I just got a customer support about trying to cancel my order. This is what it says. A request has been submitted to cancel shipment of your order. In some cases, we are unable to do so, as orders are processed for shipment immediately upon completion and no changes can be made. If this order is unable to be cancelled, you will be notified in the form of a Shipping Notification email. If your order was unable to be cancelled and you would like a refund, you may refuse delivery of the shipment. If your order is delivered, and you wish to return it for credit, reply to this message as soon as your order arrives requesting a refund. Once we have received your refund request we will provide you with instructions to for receiving a refund. Thank you for contacting the online store's Customer Support. If you have any further questions or concerns, please "reply" to this e-mail. Sincerely, Kevin P. Customer Care Center Sounds like Ill have to wait untill it ships to find out if is been canceled or not. That means I either don
t get to use the coupon, or I don`t get the special edition, or even both. I wish Katherine would come by and read this, but there is probably nothing she could do for us at this point anyway.
