PhilC has an airline pilot uniform for sale. This is the Jacket and tie kind. I'm assuming but I think you want more like a flight suit or goggles and scarf. If you can use MAX there is a character called Gadget by Jenn Downs at 3Dtotal. It has a large toon head with a leather cap and goggles. Perfect for this sort of plane.
