(",) To those outside the UK / Less than 30 years old : Ken Dodd is an 'old time artiste' who has the kind of face only a blind mother could love, who somehow managed not only to appear on British TV in the 70's but got his own series. Still, he made thousands of kids in my generation stay further back from the TV, I tell ya.
