I created the entire thing from scratch in Bryce with a little help from Wings.The reference image came from an article from my local newpaper on "How catapults married science, politics and war." The reference was a very bad wood cut illustration. So I had to use a fair amount of imaination.

Yeah, you're probably right about the counter-weight bucket. It'll most likely hit the ground, but hey, it ain't posable and its not as if little poserites will be using it to seige bryce made fortifications.

I'll be posting it in the freebies area, as soon as I find the most economical way to host it somewhere.
