Alice, you might also try looking for the readme files for each of the products you bought, those readmes can contain a lot of info including who made it, how to get a hold of them, and often how to use it, plus you can see the file path of the parts so you know where to look for it to load it etc..also make sure you are using the right hair for the right figure it was made for...and if there are transmaps, often you need to render the pic to see what it looks like.......Hope this helps, TheMadPainter
