FOR V5 WHAT EXT. FILE SHOULD I DOWNLOAD?

Another question. how and where do i download the V5 plugin for xfrog?

There is no V5 plugin for Xfrog. If you get the Xfrog CDs of plants, you have the option of ordering them directly in Vue format (.vob files). If you do have xfrog and you create new plants, you can export them as .3ds files and import them back into Vue.
