Essentially it is for model creators that use 3d packages so they can "port" their figures to Poser and write all the needed poser files like CR2 etc. keeping bones, groupings and morph info. Think of it as a developer tool for Poser content creators that use 3d applications. Helps simplify so that once modling is done creator does not have to hand code all the required Poser files. Yes it is rather expensive, but it's also a all in one package. There are tools out there in the community that do similar functions, but require purchasing from different programers so it can be helpful to have one set of tools that do all the functions written by one creator in one application. Greenbriar Studio set of LIghtwave plugin tools allow for Poser to Lightwave, think of Toolbox Pro as the set of tools for 3d to Poser but not exclusive to only lightwave or a specific 3d application.
