Aeilkemas comments are very well taken, as are jcs (you are fearless with that L word just throwing it around like that) There was a person who had posted in a forum that he was not going to post any renders anymore because only the nude females images got any attention and comments. I did a quick analysis of his gallery that turned into a couple of hours of study and then did the same with my gallery for a comparison. My gallery contains many nudes, some of them bad, some of them really bad, some of them thought out for a very long time and test rendered for several days (although it probably does not show in the quality of the images). Anyhow, his gallery was receiving about one sixth the hits as mine but he was getting way more comments per hit than I do. I may have 400 or 500 hits for a 2 week old image but only one or two comments. He would have 40 or 50 hits for the same time period and 10 or 11 people were so inspired as to leave him a remark. His total hit/comment ratio was 10/1 and mine at the time was about 90/1 when I counted our entire galleries. He was very encouraged when I sent him this information and he did continue to post images. I find that I am now inspired to work for the comments of certain individuals whose names I see appearing beneath my efforts on a consistent basis. I find it absolutely magical that I can go through my day developing an idea, come home, work for several hours to realize my image, then have someone I have never met, will never meet, from somewhere on the Earth share the image that was in my head just 24 hours before and tell me what they think about it.
