For many, the word "Anime" conjures up images of the "Japanese-animated" style, e.g. Voltron, DragonBall Z, G-Force/Battle of the Planets, Speed Racer, etc. If this is the look you are aiming for, I advise you to look at anime shows or comics(manga) or web images of anime characters, and compare their faces to the face of your character. And continue to work on your character until you can approximate that style. There is a free MDK-101 character floating around, runtimeDNA offers LaRoo, and DAZ also offers the GIRL, Koshini and Rosy-Cheeks Lina.
