I noticed you using the face camera. One thing that I found is that the face camera locks itself to the currently selected object. In your case the hair. When you move the hair, the camera matches the movement so that it looks as though your figure is moving, and not your hair. If you switch to the main camera and zoom in things will move normaly. Scared the crap out of me when I first started using poser lol :) ps. If it is a parenting/conforming issue, then just ignore my post.
