If it was a hair prop (from the Hair library) is automatically propped to the head. Bobcat; the face cam will not "lock on" objects, only Figures (which very well may be hair). BTW; lock is a bad chioce of words, as that refers to disabling of motion...the face cam is Parented to the head of a figure.
