After you conform the dress, zero the dress figure using the Joint Editor. Then choose Edit > Memorize > Figure. Then save it to your library that way. That should help. Also, I have a friendly suggestion. I wonder if the dress might have more polygons than you actually need for Poser clothing. It seems about 4 times as dense as the Misaki figure. Perhaps next time you might want to subdivide the mesh a bit less. Cute dress though! Hope this helps!
