Some folks should get out of the gene pool, perhaps. I totally believe some people should get out having pets! Like having kids, a user manual does not come with it. Having a pet doesn't mean throwing a lump of food on the stoop and a bit of water. This is touching and very,very telling of a real problem much of what is the fault of faulty humans.
