Not so light an issue....Last week a guy here set up a leg hold trap because th eneighbours cats were peeeing in his gardens all the time...The vet bill for cat owner was over $1000. They taking the trapper to court to try to get the bill covered.Meanwhile the SPCA will be investigating.
