"Curious Labs is not a direct-sales company only." but it is a direct-sales company, that's what we are talking about. "Retail customers need pricing consistency" but you don't have that! "many other manufacturers" Who??? "We have tried our best to keep pricing fair worldwide" Your worldwide customers are pointing out that you have failed and the pricing is not fair. With all due respect and in no-way disparaging Katherine's good work but This answer says nothing and changes even less.
