Been there, dunnit, had the sense to escape while I could. I used to do 70+ hours a week, 6 days, mostly 4pm-8am sort of thing. Ended up sleeping & working and not much else. Saw the light and took a sideways step into a completely different job. 3 years there and I got made redundant... they fought to find me another position within the company, I fought harder to make them just let me go ;-) Ironically I'm now back with the company where I was working all the hours, but doing a different job and quite enjoying it, if the truth be known! Anyways, I've got to beat my record of 5 years in one job. Like I've said before, I still don't know what I want to be. (A mental patient seems like an obvious choice at the moment....) (",)
