I don't like that there has to be a negative comment(s), because someone thought that there were too many positives. Commend, say what is good (excellent, cool, whatever) then give what is percieved to be a flaw. And please don't come off as if you are the last living expert on the topic/artwork at hand. It's that other persons art, not yours.(I'm thinking about George Lucas' illustration/comment on 60 minutes about the red/white house.) Seen too many excellent works, slammed by folks who either feel threatened by someone elses work, or who have such low esteem that they have to bring other folks down or just have to be the top dog standing. (Hey! Can I get off this soapbox now?)
