LOL, true true I didn't really see the original thread so I don't really know exactly what's goin on. I thought you guys were just thinking personal projects for fun (not something serious or professional). Industry standard quality with Bryce 5 animation is not a realistic aspiration, the rendertimes alone would kill you... but then again Bryce is not exactly industry standard software, Bryce doesn't even do motion blurs; This makes the animations look kinda jittery.
@ JimBobCarl If you want to make an animation for school or personal learing/fun, all I'm saying is you can do some really cool stuff with Bryce. If your'e talking professional portfolio for the film industry, I would strongly suggest a higher end software and forget about Bryce. Bryce is at the bottom of the 3d food chain right now.
