In order to run scripts in PS7 you'll have to download and install Scripting Support from Adobe at: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=1536 Once installed load your scripts to Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7/Presets/Scripts. The actions are loaded to Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7/Presets/Photoshop Actions.
