ahhh... not having seen your mosaic shots (your gallery only had 1 image at the time?) I misunderstood them to be manipulations... not actually TILE mosaics! Having seen your image that is obviously quite clear now. I have to admit, in your initial post you come across as being very self-orientated, even (dare I say it?) a little big-headed, which along with the copyright issue (which we do feel quite strongly about in this forum) may have presented you in a bit of a bad light to the regulars... obviously bearing in mind that while you type something with a particular mindframe the emotion behind the comment is completely lost when we just have the text to read. Looking at it from our side, your first couple of sentences made no sense whatsoever, (your gallery only had a single image) hence the poking fun at your 'gaa gaa' statement....then namedropping like that, well it just made you seem like a spoilt brat..... some of us here have sh*tloads of talent but not the finances to go with it, but as the 'family' that we are here we don't go shoving either in peoples' faces. Basically, over inflation of an ego, getting cocky or getting pathetically advanced or simplistic around here just makes a bigger target for some of us to shoot at.... and some of us like hunting BIG TIME! OK, that's me being VERY blunt and honest which may go someways towards you understanding your lukewarm reception so far.... as you can see by my comments about your pic, I don't give a damn whether I like people or not if I'm looking at their work - I'll be honest if I think it's good, and honest if it's a crock of sh!t. Anyways, I'm willing to turn the temperature up a bit now and give you a slightly warmer welcome. Class is now back in order, but if I catch anybody being cocky and swinging back on their chairs, I might just be tempted to kick the leg away..... seeing as how I'm crawling around on the floor after climbing out of the gutter ;-) (",)
