They don't all look the same I can only describe how mine looks.... even my very old Minolta D7 from about 5 years ago, has an exposure meter reading inside the viewfinder... I can't imagine having manual exposure mode and not having a meter somewhere to see the reading...... Pascale what camera are you using??? I know you said what it was before but I forgot....
