This is just a thought, but the sea bottom looks a little plain... maybe you could add some animal life, corals, small rocks... something to liven up the floor in front and underneath the merman... maybe some small rising bubbles too... just throwing out some ideas for you :) Really cool picture already though... I like the terrain...
