Subject: WHY DO TORUS OBJECTS GO SQUARE?

Sometimes, when using the Torus PreSet, the outer part of the shape rotates nicely around, but inner parts closer to the axis go square. Why square?

And sometimes, wheels look like very round-sided squares. Sometimes not. [?]

don't know why... but if you go to the left view, you can add points to the sweep path that the torus preset creates to smooth it out

... or you can use the profiles in the opposite direction, by sweeping a circle along a path that makes it get bigger and smaller. The torus preset is lame in many ways, not the least of which is that it's not round.

NOT ROUND? Aha! Thanks guys...I'll play with the work-arond suggestions.
