Xantor, in the cloth room, set the view mode to hidden wireframe. Next, set a row of polys along her the top of her shoulder along the collarbone to her neck, as constrained polys. Then re-simulate. The mesh should drape and hang on her right shoulder and neck, with the remainder swooping gently around her waist.
