Jim's hair is shorter, but still long, Carolly. I wouldn't make him cut it totally - just enough to get rid of the damage and get to the nice soft healthy hair. It's too too gorgeous for him to wear really short. :) Kate (who loves her husband's long hair, even if it IS blond)
