Text alone is easy to misunderstand. Before, when you talked about Deaf (long time ago I worked with Deaf and learned ASL..my skills were pretty good..now they decreased. I only remember a little because I haven't signed very much for ten years) years..that made me understand the language and cultural mix-up. I understand Deaf; I understand, blunt; but the method was annoying. It's like: "enough, enough; finish!" ::frustration expression:: GWeb was banned? Why? For being annoying? OUCH! If everyone here who acts annoying sometimes is banned this place will be empty soon, lol :P

LOL..American Sign..I believe the letters are all the same in any Language...

I was able to translate few letters but the alphabet sign language is not very good sign. For example 'L' but the hand in the image dont show it in 'L' shaped. I did alot of guesses. If we all learn to sign --is would be a nice quiet place What state is this image made in?

This is a Handsign Font..I believe you can get at Adobe site not 100% sure...The two letters you missed are T and H...Excellent Job:)
