IF the trend was going up recently, it would just be evidence of how BAD of an idea policies like this one are. This new policy sexualizes innocent imagry. Images that previously had no sexual connotation. As we sexualize children, we CREATE the fetish around them, and that can drive up sexual asaults upon them.
