Well you know me....get a mac of course! :-D Ability to adress 8GB of RAM, 64 bit processors, and it's fastttttt. Here's a cinebench test: The dual 2.5Ghz G5 beat everything but the dual 2.6 Ghz opterons, and the opterons run upwards of $5500 with idential config options and in bryce.... it beats everything.
