This would work if you move the red/white scales to the middle. This could balance with the Yuroi suite, leaving the focus on the armor with most contrast. It still has a bit of science fiction look, despite the material change, mostly because of the "hot pants". Changing the pose might make that less obvious. I'd suggest either greenish boots or adding a green vinelike design (similar to what is on the sword) up the outside of the foot and onto the shins. That would help pull it together. Carolly
