They can't. if they give you a downloaded copy it will have to have a valid Serial number. Then once your box arrive you will have two valid copies for the price of one. Not going to happen. They can't just give you your serial number from the one they shipped you because they dont know it until you register with it. on top of that, I'm sure what they save in printing they expend in bandwidth and all the other stuff that goes into making that portion of the web work. ya can't have both.
