Ok I did for you a preview with separate channels so you can see that the light works amazing... I use the real photos to make the right specular and bump maps.. I have well some work on the ears because theu are not perfect UV mapped as the rest of the head and the top is not perfect too but ok for me no problem I can fix this as well..
