Quote - Is that possible? Since each serial number is sealed in the packaging how can CL determine which consumer ends up with what serial number? Outside of opening every package and controlling who got what box? Which I believe would be waaaay too much work. (I wouldn't want to do it. And truthfully if my packaging came open, my reaction wouldn't necessarily be happy...) Unfortunately, we in the Box/Wait Club made our bed.
