I would have gotten download if my local internet system could guarantee a faster than 28kbps download. Not all of the world is living in an area where dsl and t1 is readily available. I think what upsets me more is that I've never heard of another company releasing the DL version before the boxed version is actually shipped. I myself consider it bad business. Kristta
