Kristta: Bad business? Because you haven't gotten your box before they let others download? I don't see how this is bad business. I see it as someone being pissed off because they don't have the box yet. ;) I can understand that someone may have this emotional response.

It's actually very good business to allow someone who is going to purchase the product get it immediately. It allows for impulse purchases. Good idea.
