I don't use voice software or multiple monitors, so I couldn't possibly know that it would be difficult in that situation. For me, going from one window to another is quicker. Also in P5, when I did a render, it would take a few seconds where it had to "snap out" of the render (everything turns white on the scene elements) and then go back to preview mode - not in this version. Clicking on the parameters palette or preview window does grey out the main top bar, but I find keyboard shortcuts more responsive with or without focus. I guess I was thinking more in terms of being responsive to mouse and keyboard control and had no intention of being misleading.
