"users could have a vote in removing pictures from the H20" I'll tell ya, if I had to, I, as a Mod, would NEVER vote for that to happen. Yup, the Hot20 is far from perfect, and it certainly isn't THE spot for all great art to go, (as we know many a great image doesn't make it there)...but inacting a way to just remove images because they are in the hot20, and any number of people don't believe they should be...uhhhhh, I don't think so.
