Here's irony, not complaints, just irony. I pre-ordered the boxed version so that I'd have relatively stable backup media. I forget exactly when I did, but it was during the "pre-order" period. The fact I pre-ordered P5 entitled me to additional discounts. Total price for P6, Shade, the extra content, etc, just over 80 dollars including the shipping. Monday evening I took advantage of a fantastic deal from NewTek, a "competitive upgrade" to get LightWave 8.2 for under 500 dollars! TrueSpace (which I have) was listed as a valid "competitive" product. I received an e-mail Tuesday evening from NewTek stating they had handed the processed order to UPS. The tracking information states I should receive it tomorrow (Friday)! In summary, though I ordered P6 far earlier, I'll get LW8.2 before Poser arrives. Heh, heh! Go fig'! Sincerely, Bill
