Hello Larry, What ive most often used is the Daz Complex Global Lighting sets, (1 and 2) and found that they give brilliant, vibrant colors thru the render, but just dont seem to cast any ground shadow. Let me do my render layer of the girls so that I can get rid of the poke thru (normally for small pokethru spots I would just clone tool out in APS but I wanted to retain the proper reflection on the yori gauntlets so Im doing a layer where the yori chainmail is invisible and the gauntlets dont get poked thru by the chain sleeve. This will be the layer I erase down to to keep all the reflection/refraction looking sharp and detailed, and then put the signature on) and ill upload. Youll see that the Radiosity Pro Lights is rendering a BEAUTIFUL shadow of the chars, but that it presents this shadow in a "slotted" effect, its visible on the vertical only and dissapears on the tops of the steps, the ground, the tops of the handrail, etc.
