Anybody ever used the free Digital Faceworks (http://www.interface.digital.com/) with Poser files. The player is kludgy but we'll bet there's a visual basic programmer out there who could write a better one, so that command parameters could be passed in a single executable.

Can the geoemtry be extracted from the output files in any way?

No, I don't think so. About five basic geometries are available, and they must be "moved" to accomodate the jpeg file you import from poser.
