Subject: trouble with Michael's hair and texture

I don't have Mike, but Vickie exhibits similar problems. It appears that the seams of the head texture are overlayed onto the upper neck texture and that the colour values are added together (this is only a guess). I've had some success with fading the outer areas of the head texture where they overlap the neck (which is part of the body texture) by copying the layer the texture is on, then erasing the initial layer to transparent. Use the eraser (airbrush mode) with a brush set to low opacity ( around 5%) and spacing set to 25 (this of course assumes you have Photo Shop -- if you're using some other paint program you'll need to set it up to something similar). Airbrush the outer edges of the face and back of the head gradually to transparent and see if it helps. Poser will read Photo Shop (.psd) files and will use the topmost visible layer for the texture. When you're satisfied, flatten the image. Hope this helps some.... PS -- nice job on the hair!
