Much depends on the setting. I'd say Stephanie looks somewhere between 16 and 20 in your image. If you depict her topless or nude in a setting consistent with schoolgirl age, it will probably not be OK. But if the setting is more associated with mature situations, you should be OK. It also depends on how risque your image is going to be. Erotic or sensual is something I'd associate with adults, it may make her look somewhat older. If she's posed more childlike, you're probably in trouble. Probably the best thing to do is contacting a mod and submitting the image for approval. Takes some time, but it is definitely better than having the image pulled and getting a warning on your record.
