In the Doc's image in post 21, if duplicating a polygon were a copyright infringement, would it still be an infringement if the offending polygon was then moved to another location in 3d space, such as to the other side of the sphere? Bearing in mind that it would now have different vertex locations, a different surface normal etc compared to its original.
