There is actually one, at Daz3d. The clothing Converter 2.0 by markdc. I purchased it when it was on sale here in the MP, it was a bit cheaper, than it is at DAZ now, but you can pretty much convert any article of clothing to fit any Poser Figure. It takes a bit of time to get the hang of, but it works pretty well.
