Nice story. As a person in the service industry, you might try copying and pasting (and filling out a few extra blanks) in the link provided. I'm sure it will mean much more to UPS there than here. I salute anyone who takes the time to compliment something (as opposed to those who only speak to complain). Me and UPS? I remember the look on the driver's face when I ran outside barefooted in the rain near Christmas (this year) to personally hand over his Christmas card (with a bit extra in it *wink*).
