If conforming, returns her teeth to her mouth, you may have a problem. If she ends up with an extra set of teeth, and they handle all the phonemes, try to figure out what you did so that you can create monsters. Second, you might need to look at your garment's origin... something about the heirarchy window and setting the center? And zeroing all joints?
