Go back into the Setup room and delete the teeth group. This group is not required and your swimsuit will still conform fine. Click on the "Teeth" bone and press delete. Try turning off the IK for your model and then conform. If this doesn't work then open up the Group Editor and check that your figure's settings are set the same as the conform target.
