Yes, but not clumsy drunken oafs with no sense of honor. I could have taken his POV, but the stale jokes about dwarf-tossing and "game over" with the added drinking contest and his cheating did NOT endear me to him at all. I'd rather have had a noble dwarf, proud of his heritage and the craftsmanship of his kinfolk... even if greedy or suspicious or narrow-minded. (As for his comments about never trusting an elf, I'll accept that, given the way Legolas' father imprisoned his father.) Carolly
